Ukraine has been shelling the Donbas since 2014 until 2022 when RU put a stop to it (of sorts, UA still targets civilians in the Donbas), he was obviously part of the Ukrainian army that was involved with the genocide of Russian speakers in the Donbas during that time. If that WAS a Nazi Death Head on his back pack he may have been with the Nazi Azov batallion
