Israel are signatories to "Protocol on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Mines, Booby-Traps and Other Devices as amended on 3 May 1996 (Protocol II to the 1980 Convention as amended on 3 May 1996)" Israel treat this document the same way as how the US treats any document that they sign - not worth the paper that it is printed on

@svietka202 Israel hasn't taken it seriously, they signed an agreement as did the majority of nations around the world in not boobytrapping communication devices - and they have gone against it. Just as they agreed with Middle Eastern countries not to target their leaders - and they target them.
