  1. US sent cluster muntions which are prohibited under the Convention on Cluster Munitions, now Biden sends anti personnel mines which are prohibited under the Ottawa Convention. Biden has repeatedly gone against his own red lines - tanks, F16's etc and has now crossed RU's red lines by strikes inside RU where US troops must program and fire long range missiles etc. As usual the western governments will be silent on this
