Europe sat on their hands and ignored Ukraine breaking the Minsk 2 agreement and recommenced its shelling of civilians in the Donbas - because they wanted war with RU. 2019 EU leaders were showing maps of RU broken up into different republics under EU control so they could rape RU of its oil, gas and minerals. As Merkel admitted - Minsk was a sham to allow the west time to arm, build up, fund and train UA's military by NATO to NATO standards where it was the second largest military out of NATO countries and the largest military in Europe to do one thing - provoke war with RU
