  2. it's illegal for Private Military Contractors to fight on RU soil. They were looking to merge Wagner into the RU military, Progozhin has issues with Shoigu. Before UA Wagner were in Africa, Syria etc. Now they are in Belarus 100km from Kiev and the US / NATO have ignored this instead getting a stiffy thinking their overthrow of Putin may actually occur.

Ukraine have repeatedly tried to get NATO involved - blaming RU for the missiles in Poland, continueing to attack civilians (as they have done since 2014), targeting the nuclear power station and hitting the dam, attacks on Russian soil (all with coordinates provided by US / NATO) & all with US / NATO's approval. Each time RU has remained calm knowing they are achieving their goal. Every attack on non military targets just means RU sends 60 missiles downrange instead of 30
