USA designs weapons to fight enemies who do not have any or large military forces, where they fight farmers wearing bedsheets and sandals firing AK47's. their equ is expensive, complex, and fun to play on on the simulator. Russia designs equipment that is cheap, easy to produce and works where it matters most - on the battlefield. RU has also designed its military & equ to fight NATO.
