After UA massed troops on the border with the Donbas and increased the shelling significantly as noted by the OSCE, RU used the United Nations Responsibility to Protect doctrine to end the killing by Ukraine. That is unprovoked to you is it? You'll probably say that China started a war against the USA despite the USA encircling China with military bases and China having invaded NO ONE fpor the past 40 years - now compare that to the USA / NATO

UA used petal mines against the Donbas civilians from 2014, and UA used cluster munitions. it was only AFTER the USA provided cluster munitions to UA that they said "oh - RU has also been using them". BS - if RU had been using them they would have reported it beforehand. I suggest you do some research about the Azov battalion - then you'll realise who are the war criminals
