Or do you mean how the peace agreement was to be signed in April 2022 after 3 rounds of talks where, according to UA former aid to the UA President Oleksii Arestovych said on UA TV that RU offered extremely generous concessions for neutrality including the removal of all troops? Had Zelensky signed it would have ended in April 2022. But then that fatfk Boris Johnson flew to UA and told Zelensky not to sign. Is that what you're talking about?

  13. there are Russian speakers in eastern UA, they have been bombed and murdered by Ukrainian forces since 2014 (13,000 but they say as high as 20,000) - this is how long this conflict has been going on for. NOT since Feb 2022. Zelensky has repeatedly ignored the Minsk cease fire agreement and re-started the fighting - knowing he can sucker the US into giving him and his corrupt chronies billions. The US Govt hasppily do it because they get millions in kickbacks from US weapons manufacturers. You should look at your own country for corruption, illegal wars, being the most hated war mongering nation on the plkanet. In it's life as the USA the country has not been at war for 16 years!
