  1. maybe the US Defence Secretary can explain why the USA is the only country that refuses to agree to a “No First Use” nuclear policy. While he is at it he can tell the world why the USA chose to murder women and children in cities in WW2 when they driopped the 2 aromic bombs. Putis has always said it will be used in defence, the UK Liz Truss said she would use nuclear weapons. Looks like the USA / West will do everything that they can to remain in power of the globe
