  2. how is it the only time the west reports RU is using cluster munitions is AFTER they sent theirs to UA? Colonal Douglas MacGregor has said there are no reports of RU using these weapons and I trust his resources better than anything coming out of Washington - we all know of the outright lies they report to justify war or escalating. Ukraine, however, HAS been using petal mines against civilians in the Donbas since 2014 when the Ukrainian genocide against Russian speakers started where they have killed 14,000.
