  1. the US has always traditionally treated Africa as a single nation instead of having 54 independent countries where they will say they have pledged $XX million to Africa. The US also lectures African nations (all nations), demands they follow US / western policies, trade deals are made that benefit the US, and overthrows / asas!nates African leaders who refuse to kowtow to the US / west. RU & China however don't care who is leading a country nor their political policies and they look do to deals that are mutually beneficial.
