  7.  @user-lp7wo7og4x  you weren't comparing with India or China. But GDP is always relevant. The US still has massively greater GDP than India or you'd see India with a building program like China's.

  8.  @user-lp7wo7og4x  % spent certainly has an effect so you have the US with more powerful carriers, but where we started this was you saying the US has about 7x the carriers as the UK, when it has about 7x the GDP as well it makes perfect sense. and that certainly has more effect than than spending less than 2x the %. On China while it has a similar GDP now that's only recent, when you are talking about carrier up to 50 years old, you need to look at the historic levels too.

  9.  @verdebusterAP  Nah, QEs are dedicated fighter carriers with significantly more capacity than US LHAs, they aren't either LHA or CVNs they are there own thing.
