  2. Mathew Bateman we spend £8bn+ on new kit every year, following NATO guidelines, that isn't stopping. By 2035 we are going to need to start replacing the Typhoon and will buy something. Better it be made in the UK to benefit our economy. If we get exports it starts paying for itself.
