  26. Robert Oneal live in Germany for it a bit. It might have gone from great cohesion to very good cohesion but the idea of significant civil disturbance is laughable. I pointed out it was Germany we were fighting to illustrate it was one country. Even if they are week forces they are multitudinous. Russia is no threat a united Europe.
