saw a load of videos and few years back at the start of covid and followed you. have seen your videos about pilot training issues, your experiences, hours, spending time training others but not yourself, your salary considering the hours you did and the the elite-ness (yes you were the elite) of your role. saw the issues around flying training mentioned in the daily mail the other day and hoped you would comment. good to see you back making this video since you have been focus on your flying school (ofcourse bills have to be paid).Matt.

just finished watching, 100% agree with you. interesting that the white man is 82% of the work force, im guessing thats across the whole raf, and there will be areas with higher % of women to men and vice versa. I wonder at what point you will reach critical mass when the white men start to say f it, they are being treated like slur on the RAF. I would be thinking as a white man, the white man (along with other races and nationalities) have given their lives over generations to serve the uk, and are now being treated as some kind of lepar. I think women have also been feeling this with the trans issue, where women are being shamed by stating the virtues of a women and being made to be ashamed to say they are more woman than someone who just chooses to be. interesting times, luckily your your own boss now and don't have to kowtow to this anymore.
