  1. You got a stove put in! It looks nice, and I'll bet you can keep food, tea and coffee warm on the top of it. I would love to try making both dishes. Despite your warning, I didn't think your apple pudding looked bad at all! I remember my mom made apple dumplings and apfelkuchen (apple streusel cake), and I miss these lovely deserts. I love all sorts of sausages, especially German wursts. They'd be great cooked with apples.
