  1. How I love fried potatoes, otherwise called "French Fries" in the U.S.A., or "chips" over in Great Britain. The only ketchup I use is Heinz. I'd love to make your version, but I've always hated the seeds and "jelly" inside tomatoes. So I'll cut up and rinse the tomatoes of their seed and "jelly", then pat them dry before cooking.
