  1. @rimacutem of Alsvartrsmiðr You're right that left and right lost their meaning, but I'm fighting against that. It's about laws and liberty. Under the Roman system of law, "that which is not prohibited is allowed". Every law made reduces personal liberty. As a Roman General observed, "where the laws are most numerous, there is the greatest tyranny. " Thus the political left and right were born by the making of law. The left seeks to take away personal liberty and the right seeks to preseve/restore it.  Totalitarianism is when everything is prohibited. By redefining left and right as International totalitarians v national totalitarians, the very idea of personal liberty is being excluded from political discourse.
