  2. I don't think taking the red pill means killing off every brain cell and believing in conspiratorial fabrications regarding society and the world. It means opening up to the irreversible truth, usually in controversial issues. In this case, it'd mean that you acknowledge the importance in using medicine, prescriptions and vaccines in certain cases to prevent disease, minimize the spread of viruses, and ensure that your population is healthy. A blue pilled maniac would be an anti-vaxxer.
