  1. Hesitating from giving in to the temptation of enriching yourself at the expense of society is too difficult for many of the officials in these undeveloped countries, unfortunately.

  2. Some of these vaccinations manufacturers has said that they'll provide cheaper prices for the impoverished countries. Organizations has stated that they'll try and equally distribute the vaccines. But the affluent and developed countries has made massive investments in purchasing the vaccines so their orders will of course take precedence.
