  1. They're not safe in Africa and shouldn't be reproduced in the conditions that prevails there. It's inhumane and irresponsible. Something has to be done to handle these rebels.

  2. Enforce zero tolerance against corruption and build up a (temporary?) police state and you'll retrieve national security and peace. It's all that can be done if you want to solve these societal flaws where the mafia, criminals and illegal networks wreaks havoc.
