  1. The country is overflooded with terrorism, corruption and bleak future prospects. Nobody wants to invest in it, which minimizes economic opportunity. Education doesn't matter much when there's no opportunities in the market. Perhaps extra conditions should be placed on the few multinational corporations operating in the country, to help out hte civilians? To the government: Use your wide supply of natural resources for the people's advantage!
