But if we're going to talk about what you just raised: Why not improve and streamline the school system instead of decreasing the number of days that students goes to school on a weekly basis? Why not counter bullying by force instead of decreasing classroom presence? Seems like you don't suggest going after the core of the issue and the factors that leads to the problems at schools. I totally agree with the prohibitionist policy on smoking and drugs though. Must be implemented everywhere. The hedonist nightlife in the West is nothing but a recipe for disaster for people's health, expectations in life and stance on relationship, as well.
