  1. The military bombed and raided a group and people known as "Karens". I'm sure we're gonna see humorous references about that in the future when the conflict in Myanmar is toned down. European and americans aren't fans of Karens.

  3. Bombed areas with militants and radicalized individuals, along with some innocent civilians? Yes. If the goal is to neutralize any threat, that's the usual way to go. But the main goal of Myanmar's military seem to be to go after the rioters and protesters, and anyone with ties to the prominent kingpins.
