  1. He'd be referring to the military industrial complex, all of its investments, weapon manufacturing and usage of the armored vehicles/interceptor planes/fleets/weapons. I wouldn't be surprised if Pentagon therefore emits more pollution than most of the world. It's the largest employer in the world. He of course did not refer to just the building... This site needs an age- or educational limits.
