  1. You, arguably, have a right to apply for asylum in the first safe country that you enter. Travelling from safe country to safe country until you reach the UK, Sweden or other generous countries is not a right, and will therefore be prohibited in many cases. EU are actually breaking their own laws and conventions by accepting this type of migration. The Dublin convention, for example.

  2. Sovereign countries has the right to remain safe and sovereign. Sovereign countries can't carry the world's problems just because some rights groups claims that that ought to be the case. That's another important point to remember in this debate. We should focus on solving the problems that leads to people initiating exoduses from the get-go.
