  1. Surely Joseph Biden knew that Lloyd Austin had served within the past 7 years and that he therefore can't be approved without a waiver? Why does he make it SO difficult for himself all the time? Diversity quotas, discrimination practises when forming a cabinet, choosing women because they're women, and choosing questionable candidates. That said, apart from Lloyd having served recently, he seems clean and like a competent guy.
