  1. Individuals who've acted in a way that leads to HIV and AIDS shouldn't be given treatment that lets them maintain the destructive and questionable lifestyles. I still don't see enough of people pointing this out. It's like giving food and nutrition to a deadly animal species that you don't want endangering your community.
