  1. Maybe. What you're up for there though is genocide. Complete chaos and vigilante violence until the power struggle is removed, likely through a coup and the establishment of a police state. While that may be an improvement, is the thousands or millions of dead innocent people something that you and the world are fine with? Are you just gonna stand by? What's to say that genocide and chaos won't occur under the newly established state if no interference is done?
