  1. "You can't punish everyone" Yes, you can. These countries with an autocratic leadership does that all the time, to protect their people. In this case, it sounds like a large influx of drugs associated with Lebanese harvest and produce was negatively impacting Saudi Arabia. Putting one's foot down against such a trend is necessity for survival to keep your society safe. Props. Hopefully Lebanon can root out this problem within the agricultural and farming sector so trade can continue in the future.
