  1. Salvador Cienfuegos served during a Mexican administration that heavily policed and cracked down upon drug trade. I wonder if he was bribed or pushed in a direction that led to the current counterproductive approach of "hugs, not bullets", which has been tried under the administration of Andrés Manuel López Obrador, and has led to the worst per capita murder rate in Mexico's history. A policy that has destroyed the country and led to so many unnecessary deaths/injuries/traumas/abuses.
