  1. These type of monsters has to be tracked and placed far away from society when any indication of suspicion arises. Anything else will inevitably results in radical movements flourishing, causing mayhem and destruction for the country and global sphere. That the guy through impunity managed to operate freely for so many decades just signals how broken this continent is.

  2. Duterte is generally doing a good, legal and necessary job. Comparing a loose movement such as the Lord's Resistence Army who've committed reprehensible attacks against many civilians through a vigiliantism manner, with a president of a country such as Duterte, can not be done. Duterte is not targeting innocent people either.
