  1.  @Fillintheblankspace  What false propaganda? Does China have similar issues with disproportionate crime rates related to race? Calling that out and countering it isn't propaganda. China claiming that USA "kills black people" would on the other hand be propaganda, because that's the opposite of what's happening. Arresting and neutralizing criminals is natural.
