  1. I can see why the Philipphine government figured that it was worth to ban the ability to work abroad. Shortages of competent medical personnel, doctors and nurses is a nightmare during pandemics. And making sure that one's Filippino brothers and sisters are healthy and alive in these tough times can therefore be seen as a patriotic duty. The loss of income and economic struggle is of course a shame though.
