  1. The popular vote isn't as flawless as you think. Do you seriously think that millions of people can band together and make responsible decisions regarding a virus outbreak, drug-usage, fields that require expertise, morality, and what policies are needed to protect a country? Of course not. Especially not when the popular vote involves people that wouldn't be able to vote in any reasonable world (criminals, extreme elements, traitorous entities, illegal actors, & the young).
