  1. By backing down to the mob and denouncing the demonstrators (and rightfully some of the rioters)? Yeah, that was disappointing. But never forget that the media, tech giants, every left-wing politician and the majority of the angry mob in America forced Trump to back down into compliance. The pressure were too tough to handle after Capitol Hill became sieged. He basically had no choice. And now Trump and his supporters are being completely censored from the public discourse. The development is despicable to see, and shouldn't be able to occur in the "Free World" where "democracy" prevails.

  3. In civilized and fair countries, that is not how it works. You can't blame an elected president for a pretty much unrelated outcome, and state that he should be jailed. If you live in some theocratic hellhole, that may be acceptable, and I know many Al Jazeera viewers experiences such situations and perceives such actions to be "normal", but it isn't.
