  1. Violence as a whole and aggressive instincts is the problem, something that should be fought against. Not from a feminist perspective or on gender lines, that's just provocative and won't get anyone onboard. "An average of 10 women is murdered every day." How many men are killed and injured on a daily/annual basis? I'm sure that data will make these stats unflattering and less persuasive.

  2. Exactly. Well said. The majority of victims from violence and physical attacks are men as well, not women. Let's just focus on eliminating violence and poor conduct altogether. Invoking the feminist perspective and turning the debate into solely sympathizing with women is just disrespectful and a foul tactic.
