  1. People will still fall sick and receive side-effects by corona even if you ban unhealthy activities (which should be banned, for sure). Hospitals would still be overflooded. So you'd still have to put in efforts to get control of the virus and minimize the damage. Just banning a bunch of self-destructive tendencies/industries isn't enough, and is a very simplified view of what's going on.
