  1. Does the Somalian government have so little control over these rebel militias? Are untraceable terror cells conducting these horrible operations? It keeps on happening in this part of the world, with mass casualties and the blood from innocent individuals pouring down...

  3. The people clearly don't want to do anything, can't do anything, are simply too complacent or may lack the education to do anything worthwhile against this. I almost feel like it's justified for some intervention in these countries by strong foreign powers/institutions to reassert control is the only option.

  4.  @assadidzhazovich9549  There are too many rogue states and pathetically weak leaderships out there. Too little education. Lack of control of those that wishes to hurt others. Unless those factors are handled and rectified (which is incredibly hard), nothing will change.
