Everyone is leaving California, but it isn't due to their wildfires, but rather high tax rate. Musk left recently, corporations are moving to red states, and the rich avoids California like the plague.
Good on them for taking climate change seriously though. We'll need a federal plan for it, a state won't be enough, but it's a good start. Limiting the use of grills is also important: "According to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), grills are the cause of more than 10,000 house fires each year, on average — resulting in $149 million in property damage."
And unhealthy smoking can cause wildfires. Will the a Dem governor handle these latter flaws though? Unlikely. Same goes for GOP, frankly.
