  2. You could've thought that Russia would know the risks, unnecessity and danger of provocations, war mongering and declaring war, by now. Remember the fall of Soviet? The mass casualties that Soviet troops suffered after their leaders decided to try and take over the world and spark conflict everywhere? But nope, Russia is still one of the most war mongering rogue states out there. They're a threat to global peace.
