  1. Or, make sure that plastic products can be recycled and reused instead of littered. Every local community should be able to throw away used items at a storage facility. Not doing so should result in ramifications.

  2. Are you suggesting that the products are manufactured in the Western part of booming Europe and then exported/imported to the citizens of Eastern Europe? That'd still be irrelevant. Those to blame for this amount of plastic waste are those littering, not preparing garbage facilities and those not picking up the dirt.
