  3. You can't reason or negotiate with these walking psychopaths. Look at the depravity in his way of thinking. He's ok with his obscene and inhumane actions. He's not afraid of punishment or death. He thinks he'll be awarded for his ill deeds. Immediate neutralization after a quick verdict is the way for a court and country to handle these cases.
