Did they use that word anywhere? Are you sure you're not confusing "agnostic" (the view that the existence or non-existence of God is unknowable) and "agonist" (a chemical that binds to a receptor and activates it)?

@SwissSareth They mentioned marijuana. They weren't hiding anything. You may quibble about what would be the best wording but I think it's worth mentioning that marijuana was the only one to go up.

The point was that when a person is caught possessing an amount of drugs above the criminal limit the police exercise their discretion to arrest or not arrest in a way such that e.g. a Moroccan is more likely to get arrested than a non-foreign looking Portuguese person.
