  1.  British Patriot  "Albania is 60% Islamic meaning 60% of the country is against atheists, freedom of speech, gay rights, womens rights, and so on ." Not really. Many of them aren't very religious.

No. There have been accusations of Albania supporting the KLA but any possible involvement by Albania is much smaller and less direct than what Armenia and Turkey have done in the cases of Nagorno-Karabakh and Cyprus.
