  1.  @carterjones8126  I think your right. Russia would prefer not to use hypersonic missles but they don’t have a choice because they are running out of missles. Hypersonic missles are no doubt expensive to produce and to use one to destroy a playground is just wasteful.

  4. I’ve heard it’s not that big a deal since Iran already has acquired javelins and stingers. Also reverse engineering these weapons is also fairly difficult.
