  1. I think it's not the individuals in a country that cause the problems. It's the leaderships. I've heard MANY, in China, want to have more democracy. But as long as leadership stays Communist, the military will be predominantly Communist minded. Etc. If leadership doesn't listen to the people, but just plows forward with policies that aren't democratic, they'll never change. And the world will, just go thru loops of same ole negative policies. Where bigotry and prejudice, live on.
