  1. those are all big deal in US, but not in china, real estate is very small part of chinese GDP, unlike thats over 25% of it in US, jobless? thats mostly for young graduates,not for most of population in china, most of adults have permenant jobs, again unlike US, most are jobless, , also aging? lol its more aging in US or EU or japan than china, china is still second largest popluation in world, while in US , 99% there has no schooling, which means no enough skilled or educated people for economy, , also deteriroaerioation in local ? lol, no much at all, thats the situation in US, its has both biggest debt in both federal and local level, , so again, too much watching FOX, take a break, none of those are reliable , go live in china for some time, u will see different pictures
