BTS has won many international awards. Although they aren't musicians they are musical artists with an incredible amount of hard core dancing and choreography. They are to a certain degree a mix of the 2 groups that are pardoned, if you will, musician and athlete. I think all the members play an instrument or two, they also work their bodies really hard just as an athlete does. It would be only right to pardon them even though the members would enlist at a moments notice for their country.
