The Lord Jesus Christ is actually the only man who fits that description. Therefore, He alone shall see that justice is done, on Judgment Day. "For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil" (Ecclesiastes 12:14, KJV). Even so, come, Lord Jesus! Establish the Kingdom in Jerusalem, and keep the world safe from Democracy!

You shall have nothing to cover your sin, but the filthy rags of your own self-righteousness (Isaiah 64:6, KJV). The Lord Jesus Christ shall overthrow every Government on Earth, and His law alone shall judge the sins of all mankind. "And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works" (Revelation 20:12, KJV). The Lord Jesus Christ must be the final judge of every single human being who has ever existed, because He is the only man who shall judge with perfect fairness, objectivity and justice. You, as a lost sinner, have no right to object.
